Can I return or exchange my Mystery Bag?

Unfortunately the answer is no, unless the items are damaged. These listings fall under the "personalization" category of our returns policy as when you purchase them you have the opportunity to personalize it as much or as little as you'd like. It is the buyer's responsibility to carefully read the full listing description to fully understand what they are purchasing.

My package hasn't arrived yet! What do I do??

Don't worry, we'll figure it out together! Usually if a package hasn't arrived it could be for a few reasons: 1.) The Post Office hasn't kept up with updating the tracker 2.) It could be sitting in a nearby facility 3.) For anyone outside of the US, it could be held up in customs. Once we ship our orders we have no control over where they are or what happens to them. So if it's been about 2 weeks since you placed your order, the first thing you should do is contact your local post office or customs. If they cannot help then contact us and we can work out a solution! INTERNATIONAL: Again, we have no control over the package once it leaves the US. You must contact customs to see why it is being held/delayed.

Do you offer custom orders not listed in your shop?

Yes we do! It depends on what you would like. If you would like an item that is in our shop but in a different size then we would be more than happy to create a special listing to accommodate you! If you would like a commission then feel free to reach out to us via Etsy, email, or any other link found in our Linktree and we can discuss further! Bottom line, please reach out to us and we will be more than happy to work something out!

Do you have more of *blank*? When will you be restocking?

If you see something you'd like is out of stock please reach out to us and we will do our best to restock it ASAP. We aren't always notified when an item is out but we do our best to monitor our stock. Usually items can be restocked within a day!

Are the stickers waterproof?

Unfortunately at this time the stickers are NOT waterproof. We are working very hard to bring you newer and better items and working hard to provide you with waterproof stickers! Feel free to follow the shop for updates on when they will be made available!

I didn't receive my full order!

No worries, we'll be sure to make this right! Please double check the items that you did receive first; If you order more than one type of Mystery Bag everything is usually packaged in one single bag to save on plastic and shipping costs. We always triple check our orders before sending them out but if you still feel like you are missing items then please reach out and we will work it out. Remember, if you order the Mystery Bags, the items inside are worth $5 combined per the listing description. If you have questions about pricing, please consult the listing or reach out to us!
