Return & Cancel order

Please contact me within 7 days if you would like to return any items. Returns unrelated to quality, $100 each ring will be deducted as a restocking fee. We also accept the cancellation, please contact me within 24 hours after you place the order, and the full refund will be issued within 3 business days. If it’s later than 24 hours, 30% of total amount will be charged for the metal I have already used. Note: Custom orders, engraved items, broken or damaged items after receipt cannot be returned. Hope you could understand.

We offer free engraving on all rings. Generally, we can accommodate up to 25 characters, including spaces. You can personalize your ring with your initials or an important date. If you have a specific character pattern, please contact us to confirm if it can be engraved. !!!Please note that the maximum number of characters varies between ring sizes and engraved rings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Typically our ring sizes range from 3 US to 9 US. If you need a ring size larger than 9 US, please contact me and there will be a $30 per ring surcharge for the weight of the gold. We recommend that you visit a professional jewelry store or jeweler to measure your ring size. You can also try findmyringsize.com and use the online ring size guide as a reference.

We accept payment plans. We will create an installment schedule for you based on your needs, which can be paid weekly or monthly. Initial payment required is no less than $100. After payment reaches half of the total amount, we will start making the ring. And I will ship you the ring after full payment. !!!Please note that payment plans need to be finalized within 3 months.

We can resize the ring for you after receiving it. It will spend approx 2 weeks and need extra USD 60 for each ring. (So please reconfirm the suitable size for you when you place your order)
