All the paintings are hand-painted on canvas by me and my partner, there’s no print sale in my store.

2. CAN I CUSTOM THE ORDER

You can customize your painting in my gallery. Just send me your exact requirement include the size and the custom painting detail before you place the order. I’ll give you what you want.

3. WILL THE PAINTING BE FRAMED?

No, it will not be framed. To protect your painting better during international shipping, all paintings are ROLLED( Unframed/ Not stretched) PACKED and shipped in a quality cardboard tube to avoid damages. It's 100% safe and the painting will come back to its original flat state once you stretch it on a wooden base.

4. HOW WOULD YOU DELIVER MY PAINTING?

All paintings are shipped by FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, or 4PX. Each painting is inspected and professionally packaged for safe delivery so that your painting arrives in perfect condition. Worldwide Free Shipping.

5. CAN I RETURN THE PAINTING IF IT DOESN'T MEET MY EXPECTATIONS?

Yes, please return it within 30 days after receiving the order. We will refund the money when we receive the goods. The painting shall be returned in its original package, and you shall bear the cost of shipping returns, customs duties, and additional charges. I'll try my best to paint your order and adjust it to meet your requirements. All orders that have been confirmed by you for shipment are not eligible for return.

►In the process of creating the painting, we'll show you photos and videos with your painting.
You'll be able to express all your wishes, for example about colors and shades. And we'll make all the necessary changes. Only when you are completely satisfied with your picture, we will send it to you!

►Delivery time: You will receive the painting around 15 days (5-7days to finish the painting, 4-9 days to your home.by express delivery)

►SHIPPING & POSTAGE.
Ship worldwide, Do not need to bear any postage. All paintings sent by post are insured, so any damage caused to the paintings in transit will be reimbursed by the shipping company.
