Honestly incredibly impressed. The item is beautifully made, shipping really was free, communication was good and it's a perfect DD dupe. Really happy with the Big size as it fits comfortably over the shoulder and it's a proper tote size without being enormous or too wide. Photos don't do it justice as it looks super high end in person.
