To ensure your file is printed correctly and with the best possible quality, keep the following in mind:
• Paper Size:
Check that the paper size in the print settings matches the file’s size.
Make sure to select the correct paper size on your printer before printing.
• Scaling:
Set the scaling option to “Actual Size” or “100%.”
Avoid options like “Fit to Printable Area” or “Resize to” unless necessary.
• Orientation:
Choose the correct orientation (portrait or landscape) based on the file's layout.
Ensure it matches the orientation selected in the print settings.
• Margins:
Make sure no important content is too close to the edge.
Adjust the margins if necessary to prevent clipping when printing.
• Print Preview:
Use the print preview to check that all content fits within the margins and appears as expected.
• Printer Settings:

Ensure you have enough paper and ink or toner.
