My order shows as “Delivered” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

We understand how frustrating this can be! If your order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If it still doesn’t turn up, we kindly ask that you open a case on Etsy. This ensures that both your rights and ours are protected through Etsy’s support system.
