How long will it take to receive my order?

For Ceramics: If the item is in stock (listed as “1 available”), we typically ship within 1-3 business days. For made-to-order or custom pieces, please allow 4-6 weeks for creation and shipping. For artworks: Art prints should arrive within a couple days to 1 week from the order date.

Why do ceramic made-to-order pieces take several weeks?

Every piece is carefully hand-built, bisque fired once, glazed by me, then fired in the kiln a second time. This process takes time to ensure quality and durability, plus drying and firing times can’t be rushed.

Can I order a similar piece if the listing shows “1 available” and it’s sold out?

Absolutely! If your favorite piece is sold, just send us a message. We’ll create a custom version for you in your choice of glaze. Please allow 4-6 weeks for made-to-order items.

Can I request a custom glaze or size?

Absolutely! Contact us with your preferences, and we’ll happily create a custom piece just for you.

Are your ceramics food safe?

Yes! All our ceramics are made from food-safe clay and glazes. They’re safe for everyday use including hot and cold drinks and food.

Are these pieces one-of-a-kind?

Yes! Each piece is handmade and unique, shaped and glazed by hand, so no two are exactly alike.

How should I care for my ceramics?

We recommend hand washing to keep colors and glaze vibrant longer, but our pieces are also dishwasher safe on gentle cycles.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please message us within 7 days with photos. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
