Will there be shipping delays?

Items can be delayed in customs. Canada post provides an estimated shipping time with tracking but it is not guaranteed. Alternative shipping options may be available. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Additional shipping options may be available for faster service.

What costs will I be responsible for returns?

If you return an item you will be responsible for the shipping costs back to Canada and any related taxes or duties. In addition a restocking fee of 25% may be applied for items not picked up and left at the post office.

My order was shipped outside Canada, how do I track for updates?

Tracking information is available on Etsy, however, they may not be updated. Use your Canada post tracking number in your country's postal tracking system to find the most current information on your order. Eg. If you are in the USA, enter the Canada post tracking number on the USPS website to obtain current information on your package in the USA.

Will I be required to sign for my package?

Generally for most packages (Standard Tracked) a signature will not be required. For Expedited and Priority shipping, signatures may be required for high dollar and rare items.

Are you shipping to the USA? How is the new duty managed?

Yes. All items are now shipping to the USA. With new Etsy system changes. Prices can be set specific to the USA. The USA price (Not all are subject to the new duty) includes the prepaid duty.

Is the USA new prepaid duty impacting prices for buyers in other countries?

No. Etsy has modified its system to allow for prices specific to the USA. Only the USA customers will have the prepaid duty included in the price.
