Yes. Every piece is designed by Yuxiang Yuan and handcrafted in our own workshop in Liuzhou, China, using lost-wax casting, hand oxidizing, and hand polishing. No AI-generated designs, no templates, no outsourced production.

What materials do you use?

925 Sterling Silver, Brass, White Brass, and Copper. Each listing states the exact material used for that piece.

Can I request a custom design or personalization?

Yes — custom pieces are one of our specialties. Message us with your idea, reference images, or the story you want the piece to tell, and we'll let you know what's possible along with timing and pricing.

How long will my order take?

Processing time is typically 5-10 business days for ready-made pieces and 30-45 business days for custom orders, since each item is made after it's ordered. We ship worldwide from our workshop in China. Shipping time depends on your location and will show at checkout.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Store pieces away from moisture and perfume/lotion contact. For sterling silver, a soft polishing cloth will keep the shine; the oxidized finish on some pieces is intentional and will soften naturally with wear — this is normal and part of the character of hand-finished metal.

What if something arrives damaged or isn't what I expected?

Message us within 14 days of delivery — we respond personally to every message and will make it right, whether that's a repair, replacement, or refund per our shop policy.
