💛 ABOUT MATERIAL
⛄ Polyester
Thick/durable / Better printing quality / Can be used multiple times / suitable for professional photographers and photo studios / It's the perfect choice for the photographers / Polyester can be washed / Collapsible / will not fade storage / reusable / You can use it in outdoors

⛄ Vinyl
Thin (also durable) / bright in colour / soft / lightweight / cheaper and light than polyester backdrop.
It is suitable for one time use(such as birthday party) / family photographers

⚠ Note
DO NOT let vinyl background touch water.
All backdrops will send by folded.Here are the ways of removing the creases:
1)Roll it up tightly with a cylinder, and waiting for 3-4 days.
2)Heat it with a iron on the back of item at low temperature to reduce the creases,make sure place a cloth between the backdrop and the iron.
Please do not iron on front side of the background..

💛 ABOUT SIZE
Our backdrop default sizes are Width x Height.
Backdrop stand, hooks, top-pocket and grommets are not included with your order.
If you want Top-pocket or request grommets, please pay $10 more and leave a message in the order.

The top pocket is attached to the background with double-sided tape.
Size of the backdrop :
5x3ft,7x5ft and so on
eg: 7x5ft is mean 7ft Wide x 5ft High （7ft=7feet=210cm=84in）
5x7ft = 5ft Wide x 7 ft High

The production time of large-size polyester background is: 5~7 days
large-size: The width and height of the background are both more than 5ft.

📷 ABOUT PHOTOGRAPHYS
When you make photos(shootings), please keep the distance to the backdrop. If you are closed to it, that will look a bit pixelated, it's very important!

💛 We are not responsible for any damage that it causes to the background after 1 day you receive the package. Please open your package right after you received it to check everything, record the unpacking process with video, contact us and provide evidence within 24 hours.

💛 Request a cancellation: within 3 hours of purchase
Once the backdrop is printed, the order cannot be cancelled.
If the order can be cancelled, the buyer must bear the $0.3 refund handling fee.
On custom orders, refunds are not given.
If the buyer refuses to accept the package,refunds are not given.
I don't accept returns or exchanges.But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
