2. Make sure to leave a note with all the information for us to customize your banner stand;
Name, date, color, etc. (If you don't add colors we will keep them the same as our example)

Preferred file type: ai/eps/pdf/PSD
Include your order # with your email
3. Let us know by when you need your order to be delivered
4. Send your contact number for shipping purposes.

📋 PROCESS

You will receive your first proof within 1-2 business days. Please make sure to frequently check your messages and emails. Once you approve the design, we will ship the banner to you.

📝 MATERIAL

Standard retractable banner stands are lightweight and economical. Their compact aluminum hardware has two folding feet that rotate out for stability when the stand is on display, and rotate back in for storage in the complimentary carrying bag. The full color graphics come on UV printed fabric inserts with curl free edges and gray blockout backing.

- We ship out your order 1-2 business days after the order is processed and approved by you.
- We will send you a notification with your tracking number once we have shipped your order.
- Your order will be received 1-5 business days after we ship it.
- If you don’t receive your order within a few days, please contact us.
- The price includes shipping within the USA, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Please note that additional shipping charges apply for orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

- If you select the option INSERT+STAND, you will receive the graphic, the stand + travel bag
- If you select the option INSERT ONLY, you WILL NOT receive the stand and the bag, only the graphic (insert)
- If you select the option DIGITAL DESIGN ONLY, we will email you a print ready file that you will need to print on your own. No physical item will be printed or shipped.
