HOW TO CREATE YOUR OWN CUSTOM DESIGN

Purchase the listing in the size/option that fits you best.
Please note: The material is NOT stretchy and is on the thicker side of fabrics. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
You are responsible for selecting the correct size. Size-related issues due to choosing the incorrect size are not the responsibility of the seller.

IMAGES
UPON PURCHASE, YOU WILL UPLOAD UP TO 10 IMAGES for your custom design.
Please make sure all images are clear, not blurry, and not cut off. I create your collage using the images you provide, so if an image is too blurry, cut off, or does not flow well with the rest of the design, I may not use it.

PERSONALIZATION
When adding your item to your cart, PLEASE include all important details in the personalization box, including anything you want written, names, numbers, quotes, or specific placement preferences.

COLLAGE & MOCKUP PROCESS
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 1 WEEK FOR THE COLLAGE PROCESS.
Customers may request a mockup of what will be printed. Please request this when placing your order so I have enough time to complete it.
REGULAR ORDERS: Up to 3 revisions are allowed for the collage/mockup.
RUSH ORDERS: NO REVISIONS are allowed for collages or mockups due to the shortened turnaround time.
Please make sure all images, wording, and placement preferences are included when placing your order.

IMPORTANT NEEDED-BY DATE
Your needed-by date must be AFTER 3.5 WEEKS from the date your order is placed.
If you need your order BEFORE 3.5 WEEKS, PRIORITY SHIPPING MUST BE SELECTED AT CHECKOUT. This acts as my RUSH FEE and helps ensure there is enough time to complete and ship your order.

PLEASE NOTE
Tapestry is a woven material, so loose or dangling strings around the cut edges are normal and are part of the finished piece.
Once your package is handed to the carrier, it is out of my control.
Every custom piece is made using your images and details, making each one unique to you!
