Where do you source your diamonds and gemstones?

We source all our diamonds and gemstones locally to ensure the highest quality and ethical standards.

Where is your jewelry made?

HERGOLD fine jewelry is designed and crafted in Los Angeles. We work with manufacturers and skilled artisans with over 20 years of experience, working closely with our makers from A-Z to guarantee exceptional quality.

Are all of your pieces made with real gold?

Yes, all of our jewelry is crafted from solid gold—never hollow. We offer 14K and 18K gold options, ensuring timeless quality. Solid gold is a true investment, and also designed to be worn for a lifetime.

Why is gold weight listed on each product?

At HERGOLD we believe in transparency. We base our pricing on the actual weight of gold used in your piece. This allows you to understand the cost without unnecessary markups. We aim to provide clear, fair pricing so you can feel confident in your investment.

Your order ships via FedEx or USPS and fully insured, with an adult signature required to ensure safe delivery.

What is your return policy?

We do not offer full refunds unless you receive a faulty item. Each order is eligible for one exchange or a ring resizing. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns; however, we cover the shipping cost to send you the repaired or exchanged item.

How should I care for my gold jewelry?

To keep your jewelry in excellent condition, avoid exposure to chlorine pools and clean your pieces frequently. We recommend ultrasonic cleaning for the best results.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in advance. If a return is approved, a 10% restocking fee will apply, and the item must be returned in its original, unworn condition. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. To ensure fairness and consistency for all customers, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
