Policies:

Mold Responsibility:
All grillz are made exactly from your impressions.
You are responsible for submitting accurate, usable molds.

Unusable or incorrect impressions will affect the final fit.

Cancellations:
1. Cancellations are allowed within 12 hours of purchase only(If mold kits hasn't been shipped)
2. After 12 hours, orders cannot be canceled
3. If a cancellation is approved after processing has begun, the refund will be issued minus shipping, $20 per mold kit, and a 20% cancellation fee
4. Shipping and processing costs are non-refundable

Refunds & Returns:
All orders are custom-made and final sale once production begins

No refunds will be issued for:
1. Incorrect or unusable molds
2. Failure to follow instructions
3. Change of mind

Costs related to shipped mold kits (materials, shipping, labor) are non-refundable

Production Policy:
Production begins once usable molds are approved.
At that point, the order is locked and cannot be canceled or refunded

Fit Adjustments:
If adjustments are needed due to mold accuracy:

1. Standard Grillz: $80 (includes new mold kit + shipping)
2. Iced-Out Grillz: $170

14-Day Mold Policy:
Molds must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Delays may result in additional charges due to gold price changes
