Orders from the US, UK, and Australia are shipped from their respective country. Embroidered products, however, are mainly shipped from the US.

What if my package is lost in transit?

Please contact me if this issue arises and we will send you a replacement package. In cases where an order is sent back to us because the shipping carrier is unable to deliver it for any reason, the buyer is responsible for paying the reshipment fee.
