Custom and personalized orders

I will happily accept custom orders depending on the time I have available. Understand custom orders may take longer to fulfill than listed items. The prices may also vary from listed items depending on the time needed. Please message me your ideas and we can discuss the details.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do not currently gift wrap items, but I will happily include a message from you to the recipient on a decorative card. I do not charge an additional fee for this

Can an item be modifed?

Most of my items are made using designs that I have created myself, therefore I am able to make minor changes. For example, maybe you like the design but you don't want the butterflies. I can usually make that happen for you. Maybe you like a specific cup, but you want a name on it as opposed to the wording that is on it in the product photos. I am usually able to make that change for you as well. I've modified a lot of my items in minor ways for my customers. I'll gladly make it happen for you if I can. I've also come up with completely new designs for several of my customers. Don't be afraid to ask!

Return Policy for Custom and Personalized Items

I do not accept returns/exchanges on custom items. If there is an error on my part, I will gladly make that right for you. If you change your mind and I've already made the item and your name can't be removed, I can't return this item to inventory. Even if an item is returned in the condition received, I couldn't resell it, because it has your name on it. For example, if a cup has a name printed on it, I can't accept that return. Items such as my personalized keychains could be returned and refunded, minus the cost of personalized piece. I do my best to ensure items are perfect when I make and ship them. I am human though and we all make mistakes. I promise to do my best to offer solutions to issues that may arise.

Can colors of keychains be modified?

Absolutely! I have many color options available, so if there's a style of keychain you like, but you were looking for a different color, please message me. I will let you know what I have available and we will see if we can make it work for you.

Can I add a name to a cup that's not personalized

Usually. Some designs are more difficult to modify in a way that would look good. Most of the designs are pretty easy for me to add wording or a name to. Please message me and we can talk about what you want and wording and font specifics!

Do you have things you won't customize?

I won't make custom orders that involve the use of any licensed, trademarked, or copyrighted wording/images. (Sports teams, Disney, Book Quotes, Movie references, Starbucks, etc.) If I can't obtain a license to legally use these things, I won't make them. I apologize for any inconvenience, but I've worked very hard to get this business going, so I'd like to keep everything legal and not be shut down. I appreciate your understanding!

Sharon was quick to communicate, quick to create and quick to ship! The mugs are perfect and they will be an excellent addition to our holiday. What set Sharon's product/shop apart from other sellers was not limited to her customer service but also the variety of the product itself. It was challenging to find a mug that served ALL the purposes. I was so happy to find a mug with a removable cork bottom AND a closable lid. Might be hand wash but it can be microwaved without those two components and we don't have to worry about our five kids heat-damaging surfaces in the Airbnb or spilling things with this mug. A perfect find and excellent seller!

This mug was the perfect gift for my mother! She doesn’t want heavy tumblers or oversized mugs, just a regular coffee mug with a lid to keep her coffee warm. The graphics are gorgeous and the lid fits perfectly! I’m going to buy more for myself! I’m so impressed with the quality!
