Damaged Items on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please message us as soon as you can. Include clear photos of: • the damaged print or frame • the packaging • the shipping label (with your name and address visible) This helps us assess the issue quickly and speak with our print or courier partners. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a solution such as a free replacement, refund, or another fair outcome depending on what’s gone wrong.

All our prints are made to order, so we can’t accept returns for a change of mind. Please check sizes, colours and options carefully before completing your purchase. We will offer a refund or replacement if: • there’s a printing or quality issue • a rare production error has occurred on our side We won’t offer refunds for: • delays caused by couriers • items damaged during shipping (we’ll send a free replacement instead)

Delivery Delays or Late Arrivals

Courier delays and customs checks do happen, especially during busy periods, and unfortunately these are outside our control. We can only issue refunds if your parcel is officially declared lost by the carrier. Delivery timeframes at checkout are estimated rather than guaranteed. Christmas and holiday seasons can add extra time, so please allow for delays if your parcel arrives later than expected.

Print Quality & Colour Variation

If your print arrives with a fault or printing error, just send us a message with photos and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund. Please be aware that colours can look slightly different in person due to screen settings. This isn’t considered a fault and doesn’t qualify for a return.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. We can’t offer free replacements if an incorrect or incomplete address was provided. If the parcel is returned to us, we can re-send it, but the customer will need to cover the re-printing and shipping costs. If the parcel is held at your local post office due to address issues, you’ll need to collect it or update the details directly with your postal service.

Cancellations are only possible if your order hasn’t entered production. Once printing has begun, we can’t guarantee a cancellation even if the item hasn’t yet been marked as dispatched.

Custom and personalised orders

Etsy’s estimated delivery dates don’t fully reflect December courier delays. We usually don’t send replacements while the original parcel is still in transit, as this often creates duplicate orders that arrive too late. Once tracking confirms a loss or delivery failure, we’ll step in with the appropriate solution.

Custom and personalised orders

uring peak times — including Christmas — production and delivery may take a little longer. Your dispatch date at checkout is the best indicator. Delivery estimates aren’t guaranteed, so please allow a few extra days beyond the estimated window before reaching out.
