RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for choosing our bridal studio. Each piece is created with great care, and we want you to feel confident when ordering from us. Please read our policies carefully before placing an order.

1. CUSTOM / MADE-TO-MEASURE WEDDING DRESSES

All custom-made, made-to-measure, or made-to-order wedding dresses are FINAL SALE.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the production has started.

This applies to:

Dresses made according to your personal measurements
Dresses customized in length, color, design, fabric, or detailing
Any dress created specifically for your order

Why?
A made-to-measure dress is crafted uniquely for you and cannot be resold to another bride. Thank you for understanding this standard practice within the bridal industry.

Dresses of the regular size with no customization can be partialy returned/exchanged. We offer you a compansation of 50% of the order and ONLY if you send me the photo of the dress before shipment and ONLY if it is in a good condition as it was shipped to you.
All the shippment expances and tax for the return/exchange is a customer's responsibitity.

2. ACCESSORIES
(Scarves, shawls, veils, gloves, capes, bridal wraps)

2.1. Customized Accessories

All customized or made-to-order accessories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

2.2. Standard Accessories (Non-Customized)

We offer a 50% refund for non-custom, unworn accessories within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Any import/custom fees related to the return are paid by the buyer.
If the item is returned with visible signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or damage, a partial refund or denial of refund may apply.
For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., gloves, hair accessories, or items that touch the face/body) are non-returnable once opened.

Or is the color/fabric/length doesn't match you - we offer you to buy another item from out shop with 65% discount (in that case you don't need to return the previous bought item to us).

3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase, if we haven’t started preparing or cutting materials.
After this timeframe, cancellations are no longer possible.

4. NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS

The following reasons do not qualify for a return, refund, or exchange:

4.1. Color Perception Differences

“The shade of white is not what I expected.”
Slight color variations due to screen brightness, mobile/desktop differences, or lighting conditions.
We try to show colors as accurately as possible, but a 100% digital-to-real match cannot be guaranteed.
You can always odder fabric samples before paying for the whole item.

4.2. Style or Fit Expectations

“I imagined it a little differently.”
“It doesn’t suit my body shape.”
“The silhouette is not what I thought it would be.”

Fit depends on accurate measurements provided by the customer. If measurements were inaccurate or your body changed after ordering, we cannot be responsible.

4.3. Change of Mind

“I changed my mind.”
“My wedding theme has changed.”
“I no longer need the dress/accessory.”
“I found something else I like more.”

4.4. Wedding Cancellation or Date Change

“My wedding was postponed.”
“My wedding was canceled.”

Production time, materials, and labor have already been invested into your order.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will be happy to resolve the issue through:

Repair,
Replacement, or
Refund (depending on the situation).

6. RETURN PROCEDURE (FOR ELIGIBLE ITEMS ONLY)

Contact us before sending anything back — returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
The item must be shipped back within 14 days after approval.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping, packaging, and ensuring the item arrives safely.

7. IMPORTANT NOTES

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Custom-made items are legally exempt from EU 14-day return regulations.
We encourage you to double-check all measurements and details before placing your order.

OTHER QUESTIONS THAT YOU MAY THINK OF:

1.What if the color or fit is different than expected?

Slight differences in color (especially white shades) or personal expectations about fit are not considered defects.
Fit depends on the measurements provided by the buyer.

2.What if my wedding is postponed or canceled?

Change of plans is not a valid reason for return. Production time and materials are already invested.

3.What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos — we’ll resolve the issue quickly.

4.Do I need to pay customs taxes?

USA: Duties are prepaid. If your state charges an additional fee, send a photo of the receipt — we will refund it.
EU: Local VAT/customs rules may apply depending on your country. Any additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
