📏 LENGTH & CUSTOMIZATION
The length of the wedding cape may vary by style, as shown in the listing photos.
The standard front length is approximately 50 cm/20 inches.
However, we also offer custom length options.
If you would like your bridal wrap or wedding cape to be shorter or longer, please send us a message before placing your order. We will be happy to discuss the customization and create an option that works beautifully with your wedding dress.

Standard shipping usually takes approximately 10–14 days, depending on your location and the shipping service.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because our bridal shawls, capes, and wedding wraps are made to order, and may include custom lengths, fabrics, colors, or personalized embroidery, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges.
Please carefully review all listing photos, measurements, fabric options, colors, and personalization details before placing your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
• The color looks different from what you expected based on your screen or personal preference
• The fabric or texture was different from what you imagined
• You changed your mind after placing or receiving the order
• You decided that you no longer need the wedding cape
• You found another bridal accessory that you prefer
• The cape or wrap does not match your wedding dress as expected when fabric samples were not ordered beforehand
• You ordered the wrong color, fabric, style, or length by mistake
• Your wedding plans changed
• Your wedding was postponed or cancelled
• You no longer need the item after receiving it
• You tried on, wore, or used the item and later decided to return it
• The item is no longer in its original, unused condition
• The item has been damaged, stained, perfumed, altered, or otherwise used after delivery
Please understand that although an item may still appear "new," we cannot accept it back if it has been worn, used, altered, or is no longer in its original condition.
Because bridal accessories are intimate and delicate items, we cannot resell products that have been used or returned after wearing.

If there is a genuine problem with your order — for example:

• We sent the wrong item
