Can I see/try on an item in person before buying?

Which countries do you ship to?

We only ship to the United States (including territories and military addresses), Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore. We can no longer make exceptions.

Do you take returns or exchanges?

We happily accept returns for any reason, you just have to let us know within three days of delivery, send the item back within seven days of delivery, and the item must be in the same condition in which it was sent. All tags need to be intact and item cannot have been worn except for trying on. We do not do exchanges, it's just easier to process a return then you can buy something else if you would like. Original postage is not refunded and buyer pays for return postage.

What if my package doesn't arrive?

It happens very rarely, but sometimes a package is lost by the carrier. All packages are insured, no matter the value or shipping method. We do wait to make sure that the package isn't just delayed. If the package is scanned as delivered but it's not with the rest of your mail, please check all possible places it could be. If it has been stolen, you will want to file a police report.

What if my item arrives damaged by the post office?

All packages are fully insured. If your item is broken, send a message, with clear photos of the damage, through Etsy conversations. We may ask for additional photos or information for the insurance claim. We don't begin the claim process until you send us a message; reviews are not messages.

Any condition issues or flaws to note?: Unworn with that tags still attached. I don't see any issues. No odors.

Measurements for bust/chest, waist, and hips are taken across front and doubled. If there is any stretch to the fabric or if there is elastic I will note it. Dress form measures about 33-24-34 so items larger than that are usually pinned at the back. You MUST use the measurements given to determine fit and/or compare to a similar item you may already own.
