Can I get a shipping discount if I buy two or more items?

Yes! We use eco-friendly packaging, and if you order two or more items, I’ll gladly combine them in one box and adjust the shipping cost if they can be shipped in one box. If the system doesn’t automatically apply the discount, just message me before shipment—I’ll update the charges for you.

Are the crafts lead-free? Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?

Absolutely! All my pieces are crafted with non-toxic, lead-free glazes and are food safe. These ceramics are made to be part of your everyday life - so feel free to use them just like your favorite ones! Enjoy :)

Why does shipping take longer than usual?

Here's the thing - every piece is lovingly handmade, and we only keep limited stock, especially for custom products. Most items need about 10 days to create before shipping on their journey across the ocean to you. But good things take time. A perfect mug is absolutely worth waiting for :)

What if I want to return or exchange?

If you’re thinking about returning something, just drop us a message first — we’ll do our best to make it right. For custom items, we can only accept returns for quality issues. Thanks so much for understanding!

Can you provide gift wrapping and a handwritten card?

Yes! We offer elegant gift box packaging and personalized message services (in English). Simply: 1 Select the gift wrap option at checkout. 2 Message us your custom note (we'll handwrite it beautifully!). 3 Your thoughtful gift will arrive ready to delight!

Embracing the Wabi-Sabi aesthetic, this coarse stoneware coffee cup and saucer set celebrates natural, raw beauty. The surfaces are entirely covered in an exquisite, deeply tactile linen-like texture. The glaze is a striking serene teal-green, reminiscent of both aged moss and high-quality jade. Fully glazed inside and out for a consistent look and simple cleaning, the cup features an ergonomic handle crafted for an easy, comfortable grip, transforming every sip into a moment of calm luxury.

Customization Option
Engraving Location: We can laser-engrave your custom text on the mug's exterior or the bottom. Engraving on the interior is not recommended as it can be difficult to clean.
The Process: After you confirm your text, we will send you a digital preview for your approval before we start the final production.
Production & Shipping: Please note that as each piece is made and customized to order, the production time is approximately one week before your item ships. Shipping time will vary based on your location.
