Once your purchase is complete, Etsy will automatically email you a download link. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folder. The email will come from transaction@etsy.com. Digital Prints - What is the best way to print my digital file?

You can print your art in several ways: Online print services like posterjack.com, parabo.press, or mpix.com Local print shops like Staples or Office Depot (bring a USB) or CVS and Walgreens At home using heavyweight matte paper or premium cardstock for best results

Digital Prints - I used Apple Pay and can’t find my download!

Can I use your art for commercial purposes?

No, my artwork is for personal use only. You may not sell, modify, or redistribute the files. Each design is original and protected under copyright.

I have a question - when will you respond?

I typically respond to messages within a few hours Monday–Friday. I try to check in on weekends too, so feel free to reach out anytime!

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Many of my items are made to order, which means processing times can vary. Affirmation jars, for example, are hand-rolled and made with care—please allow time for creation before shipping. Check each listing for specific processing times, and feel free to message me if you're on a deadline!

I ordered multiple items—why did they arrive separately?

Some of my products ship from different production partners or studios, so if you ordered more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages. You’ll still receive tracking info for each shipment!

What is your return/cancellation policy?

Because many items are made to order or digital, I do not accept returns or cancellations once the item is in production or downloaded. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please message me—I want you to be happy with your purchase!

My item arrived damaged—what should I do?

Oh no! If your item was damaged in transit, please message me right away with a photo of the issue and I’ll make it right. I want every order to arrive perfectly.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
