If you decide to cancel after we’ve sent your mockup but before you’ve given your final approval, a $25 fee per person/Per pet in drawing (or custom design) will be deducted from your refund. This fee reflects the time our talented artists have invested in crafting your bespoke creation. If there's an error on our part, we'll gladly provide a corrected replacement or refund if time is not alloted for replacement..
