Hand-Finished Copper Design

Every piece is individually electroformed, polished, patinated, sealed, and assembled by hand. This means no two are ever fully identical — the stone tone, copper growth patterns, and surface finish make each hair pin a one-of-a-kind accessory.

The Electroforming Process

The base design is first prepared and set with the chosen gemstone. It is then placed into an electroforming bath, where a real layer of recycled copper slowly grows over the surface over many hours. This process permanently turns the sculpture into metal while preserving every fine detail of the original design.

Electroforming allows me to combine clay, resin, molds, crystals, and even organic elements, all of which are transformed into solid wearable copper without casting or mass production.

Each piece is finished, polished, and sealed in-studio before being paired with a handcrafted copper pin and packaged ready for gifting or personal wear.
