International Shipping. Orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. If you have not received your item after four weeks do get in contact. If your item is not delivered and taken to a delivery office it is the customers responsibility to claim the item. Refunds on claims for lost items cannot be made until 30 days.

Incorrect Address Provided

If you advise an incorrect address item the customer is responsible for repurchasing the item again. ArtPrintsPlace is unable to retrieve incorrectly addressed items once sent.

If your item arrives damaged ArtPrintsPlace will resend a replacement at no cost. To receive a replacement, photos of the damages should be sent via Etsy messenger within 48 hours of receiving your order. The photos will be used to make a damage claim with Royal Mail.
