How long will it take to receive my item?

Each item has both a production time and a shipping time. Both added together gives you your estimated delivery date. You will see an estimated delivery time frame for each item before purchase, and you will receive an email notification from Etsy with tracking for the order. Many times items will arrive before the estimated date; however the delivery date is not guaranteed, and any shipment arriving after that date with standard shipping is not considered late by the carrier.

Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?

Because of the quick turnaround time, all orders begin processing immediately. Due to this, I am unable to cancel an order or make changes to it.

What happens if my Ship To address is incorrect or I need to change the address?

Orders begin processing immediately, so please be sure your Ship To address is correct before placing an order. If an item has shipped before I receive your message to change an address, or if you have an incorrect address in your Etsy account, I am not responsible for refunding or replacing the item, as all costs have been incurred at that point. If an item with an incorrect address gets sent back to me, you will be contacted with the amount to reship the item. I will not be able to reship your item unless this amount is paid in full.

What if there is a mistake with my order when I receive it?

If you receive an item and there is a mistake with it, please message me within 48 hours of delivery. Pictures of any misprints or other damage to the item will be needed in order to issue a replacement. Sizing issues are not considered to be a mistake; please do refer to the sizing charts before placing your order.

Do you accept returns?

As a small business that does not carry an inventory and custom-prints all items upon order, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted. However, if there was a mistake on our end, please reach out and I can send a replacement. If you made a mistake on your end with your order, I can offer you a replacement at a discount.
