I hold anything for 24 hours upon request. Orders over $200 are available for layaway with a 20% non refundable deposit and the remaining balance due within 30 days of the deposit.

Where is my item? Why is it taking so long?

I understand how hard it is to wait for something you are super excited about, however, once at item ships I have zero control over how fast it reaches you. Surface mail may be the most cost effective, but comes with a wait time of 4-8 weeks. If you are in a hurry to receive your item I recommend choosing small packet air mail or expedited parcel at checkout.

Why is your shipping so high?

My shipping prices are calculated by weight per item and a clear reflection of what Canada Post charges. I understand how high prices may seem, however, I don't pocket any of my shipping fees and all muti item orders will be bundled and overages refunded within 24 hours of purchase.

Can you discount this item?

I am generally happy to provide reasonable discounts on items that have been listed for two weeks or more. I also frequently run sales so be sure to check back often or follow on IG for sale updates.

Why dont you offer returns or refunds

I understand that buying clothes online can be tricky but am too small of a business to be able to offer refunds for anything fit related or for change of heart. Why does my item look different in person?

Colors can vary on different computer screens, this is especially true for shades in the red and blue spectrums. If you are extremely particular about tones please contact me for daytime photos in direct sunlight. If you feel like your item was grossly misrepresented please reach out to me! I do my best to document all major flaws and carefully describe anything not readily visible in photos but once in a while, things may slip through the cracks. If you give me the chance to work with you before leaving a bad review I will make sure that a fair resolution is achieved.
