🔍 The Number Most Vegan Bags Won't Print
72% bio-based.

Most bags sold as vegan leather are polyurethane on a polyester backing — a plastic sheet with a plant-based name. Even the better corn and apple leathers usually sit around 60%, and most never put the figure on the tag at all.

This one is 72% bio-based: nopal cactus pressed onto a woven bamboo base, finished with a corn-derived biopolymer instead of fossil-fuel PU. The remaining 28% is pigment, binder and finishing agents.

​I am very pleased with this structured burgundy cactus leather bag. It is a solid, high-quality, non-leather piece that will last in my wardrobe. Unlike average plastic-based PU, this 100% biodegradable bag is made of natural materials and looks very high-end. The size is perfect easily fits my phone, wallet, keys, and even a thin, collapsible tote bag. ​The customer service from this small business was excellent; the seller was very kind and kept in touch throughout the tracking process. Delivery from Singapore to the US took 8-10 days, and no issues or hold ups in customs. ​My only feedback is a personal preference: a slightly thicker strap (perhaps an extra inch) would help prevent it from digging into the skin. I look forward to other new sustainable products from this shop!

Absolutely stunning color & high quality material! The bag is a nice size (I prefer smaller) so as to not be overwhelming but can fit necessities and has a strap so it ca be a handbag or crossbody. The latch opening can be a bit tricky to figure out at first but once I figured out how to fully close it I really enjoy the style and craftsmanship of this piece. I’ve been searching for a high quality, ethical, vegan bag in this color for a while and this bag is really beautiful! The seller was also very communicative every step of the way and detailed the steps they take to create a sustainable and ethical brand which I value!

Shaurè is my new favorite bag designer. To begin, upon purchase the customer service was top tier -- I was emailed asked if it was for myself or a gift, checked in the day before delivery to tell me my bag was expected to arrive - and emailed upon arrival by them to confirm it was safely delivered. The delivery package had papered ink that was made of algae, the packing paper was biodegradable Kraft paper,reusable box and all paper tags made of seed plant. The bag included a dust bag and i had a hand written note. I ordered this bag to be planet conscious, and cruelty free. I loved the top tier cactus eco friendly element, and I loved the design of this bag. But post purchase- i was blown out the water by this brand as a whole. By the end, I feel like i had an absolutely top tier luxury experience as a customer. 10/10.
