Only hand wash in warm water (no more than 30 degrees) with a special detergent for wool is allowed. Squeeze the products carefully wrapped in a cotton bath towel. Dry horizontally away from heat sources, spreading out on a flat surface, periodically turning over. An instruction leaflet is attached to each product. If the item is machine washable, this will be indicated.

The order can only be canceled before the goods are shipped. After the package has been sent, the order cannot be canceled. If you still want to cancel the order, you must make a return upon arrival of the parcel. See the "Refunds" section.
