I ordered two pairs of shoes. One pair was delivered incorrectly, and unfortunately the other pair was much too small. I also found the leather to be too hard. For this reason, I returned both pairs: the incorrectly delivered pair and the second pair. I paid the return shipping costs myself. Chrisa is now additionally charging me €15 for the return handling, even though I had to return the goods anyway because one pair was delivered incorrectly. I offered to pay at least half of this amount, which I considered a fair compromise. Unfortunately, Chrisa insisted on the full amount. I cannot understand this, as I have already incurred costs for the return shipment and it is not clear to me what additional costs the seller has actually incurred. You mentioned that you thought you had ordered beige, however the colour selected at checkout was black, and we also provided you with the order details and product photo confirming this. The €15 amount is not a return handling fee. It is the shipping cost we paid to send your order to you. Since the return was made because the items were not what you expected, these shipping costs are non-refundable as stated in our return policy. The full amount paid for the shoes has been refunded.
