Honestly great person and easy to talk with especially as a first time buyer. Only note (focused on the buyer not the creator) is to try and have an idea to go with color or style/theme. This creator has so many options and choices that looking for something is bound to happen. If I ever want nails custom designed or already made this is the person I will choose.
