♡ Return Policy
We gladly accept returns if the following conditions are met:
• Please contact us within 3 days of delivery
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original labels and packaging intact
• Returns must be sent to our studio in Vietnam
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 40% restocking fee

Please note: Returns will not be accepted for the following items due to hygiene or customization:
• Sale items
• Custom-made designs or items with custom measuements

Q: Can I send my measurements for a custom fit?
A: Absolutely. We’re happy to tailor your piece to fit your body and your gown. Once you place your order (or even before), we can guide you on how to take basic measurements – and we’ll adjust the design accordingly.

Q: Can I change the lace, color, or length of a veil or dress cover?
A: Yes! Most of our designs are made-to-order, so we can customize details such as lace style, length, color (e.g., ivory, white, blush), and more. Feel free to reach out – we’ll help you explore the options.

Q: How long will it take to make my order?
A: Most pieces take 7–14 days to create, depending on the design and any custom adjustments. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know – we’ll always try our best to meet it.

Q: Do you offer rush orders?
A: In most cases, yes. Please message us with your event date before placing the order, so we can confirm availability and offer a faster turnaround if needed.
