Digital Products / Printables: How will I receive my file?

Once your payment is confirmed, your digital files will be ready to download. You can access them through the download link sent to your email or by visiting your purchases section on Etsy. Accessing these through your desktop is recommended, the app can be limiting. No physical items will be shipped to you. For personalized digital items, the delivery may vary. Digital Products / Printables: How do I print?

You can print your files at home, through a local print shop, or using an online printing service. For coloring pages or activities, I recommend using heavy cardstock to prevent marker bleed-through, or following any paper suggestions listed on the product page. For the best results and quality, be sure to select “Actual Size” when printing.

Digital Products / Printables: Do you accept returns or cancellation?

Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the file, please contact me for further assistance.

Digital Products / Printables: Can I resell or share?

No. These files are the property of Artimation Designs and are for personal use only, at home or in the classroom. Please do not copy, share, or redistribute them without permission.

Physical Products / POD Items: Do you accept returns or exchanges after delivery?

Each item is custom-made and printed just for you, so I cannot accept returns, exchanges, or changes after delivery. If the item arrives damaged or defective, please let me know as soon as possible so I can make it right. If you have any specific requests or preferences, please send me a message before or during checkout. I am always happy to answer questions and will do my best to make sure your order is exactly how you want it.

Physical Products / POD Items: What are the care instructions?

For Clothing Items: • Wash inside out in cold water • Do not bleach or dry clean • Avoid ironing directly on the design • A detailed size chart is available in each listing. Please select the correct size and color before checkout, as it is the buyer’s responsibility. Heat-Sensitive Mug Care • Hand-wash only: Dishwashers can damage the color-changing coating • Rinse immediately: Rinse the interior with warm water right after use to prevent staining • Gentle washing: Use mild dish soap and a soft sponge or cloth • Avoid submersion: Never fully submerge or soak the mug in water.
