It has come to my attention that "SOME" of the ETSY Sellers use what is called "USING THEIR BRAIN" to pull the wool over customers eyes......THIS is something which happened with THIS BERA JEWELERYDESIGN on the 11th Feburary this year. From the start the statements were irregular, one minute the price was one amount. I specifically asked if the price was one price and what the Tax situation was going to be and who would pay the tax. HER WORDS WERE "TAX IS OUT OF ME"which I took it to mean It would be paid by her. When the packet arrived I WAS CHARGED tax for the ring and with the tax included it was over 200 POUNDS. When I took this up with the person they would not accept what I wrote to them and I ended up having to put a much more expensive price for the ring was 253 Pounds. I would never have bought the ring for that amount.

Normally taxes are from us. In thing case , We already paid our part. However in your country there was a situation,your packet didn’t pass the custom. You paid extra taxes because of your own country’s customs. We are sorry about your victimization. 🙏🏻
A desperate company, that doesn't care to respond to your request of cancelation. I tried 3 to 4 times to no avail. This company is poor and cannot afford to even exchange your item for size.
