How long does it take to process and ship orders?

We typically process and print orders within 2-5 business days. Once the item is ready, we carefully package it and ship it out. Shipping times is estimated to be 3-5 days and may vary depending on your location. Please plan accordingly! Refunds will not be provided for orders that are delivered within their estimated window.

What printing method do you use for your products?

All of our garments are made using Direct to Garment (DTG) printing where specialized ink is printed onto the garment , infusing into the fabric resulting in long lasting images. Our mugs and tumblers are made using high quality sublimation ink. These methods ensure vibrant colors, excellent durability, and a professional finish.

Can I customize the design or request a personalized item?

Absolutely! We love creating personalized items. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your customization requests. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs and create a unique piece just for you.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Because all of our items are custom and made to order, our policy is exchange only. Personalized items cannot be exchanged unless there is an issue with print quality. We do not offer exchanges, as each item is made to order. Please review the size guide before purchasing. Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect sizing unless the item is damaged or defective. Please contact as soon as possible through Etsy. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost of item (shipping of new item is covered).

How should I wash/care for my garment?

To ensure the longevity and vibrant appearance of your garment, please follow these care instructions: Machine Wash Gentle Cycle (Cold) inside out or Hand Wash with mild detergent. Hang dry (preferred) or Tumble dry Low. DO NOT Bleach or Iron on Design. By following these care instructions, you'll keep your garment looking its best and preserve the integrity of the design. Do you sell your designs as an SVG or PNG?

No, all designs are created by POD by soni & we hold the copyright. We do not authorize the reproduction or reselling of our artwork on any platform whether commercial or personal, including for home production.
