We LOVE custom projects! Just convo us with your ideas and needs and we will let you know pricing based on your specs.

I have a logo... can you use it on stickers or tags?

Yes! As long as your file meets our file requirements, we can print it! We need high resolution jpeg or tiff (300dpi or higher at size) or the vector file (eps or ai). Foiled items require all black artwork at the same specs above. If you're not sure, just convo us and we'll review your file before-hand.

Do you mark international deliveries as gifts?

No we don't. We mail all international orders marked as 'merchandise' at full cost of the product purchased. Many countries charge import fees/taxes upon on arrival. Please be aware of the fees in your country, you are responsible for these fees. If you refuse delivery of a custom-made product due to the fees or any other reason, you will not receive a refund.

Do you offer rush production and expedited shipping?

We offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Priority 2-4 day and Express 1-2 day both available upon checking out (US only). We don’t offer rush production options. Our turnaround is a SOLID 5/7 business days AFTER proof approval, not purchase date.

We do not offer refunds on any personalized/custom product. Any typos/errors that are printed after proof approval become the customers responsibility regardless of the text supplied- so be sure to check that all info is correct. Reprint costs will be due. We send a proof for you to approved or make changes. So the opportunity to review before printing is made available. If you refuse delivery, no refund will be offered. If we offer a refund for a non-custom item, shipping costs are not refunded to you (either initial shipping cost nor the cost to return). Only the cost of the product is refunded and only if returned in it's original condition. Returns MUST BE post marked within 3 days of the original delivery or will not be eligible.

Keep in mind - the turnaround for all orders is a solid 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS before shipping after you've approved your proof. If your order has shipped, you can go into your account and see your purchases and track them if they have been shipped. If your order has been marked delivered but you haven't received it- you need to contact your local post office for resolution. We can't resend or refund orders that have been marked delivered. There are times when the carrier with USPS, UPS, FEDEX will scan an item as delivered when it's still on the truck even though it's not delivered- so give it another day or two for the items to arrive.

Shipping & Turnaround Times

We have a solid 5/7 business day turnaround BEFORE items ship. This turnaround time starts AFTER your proof has been approved, not when you purchased your item. please do not purchase then message us or leave a note that you need ASAP or in less time than stated. Please message us first to see if your deadline is feasible.

Do you offer discounts or coupons?

Unfortunately- we only offer quantity discounts. These kick in at about 350+ pcs. These do not apply to foiled items only flat ink printing. Our pricing is fixed.

How long does it take International orders to arrive?

International orders can take 4-6 weeks to arrive. We have NO CONTROL on the timing of international orders shipped via USPS/post office. Orders can be held at your country's customs department for a significant amount of time for no reason. If you need an order in less than 4 weeks, we can ship via expedited shipping via UPS or FedEx, but note, these are much more expensive AND there will be brokerage fees assessed in addition to the import fees/taxes that may be due. These fees can be expensive but this is the only expedited option for international orders.

My item isn't what I expected...

You need to READ the descriptions. Every items states sizing, paper stock and is 100% upfront and explicit in it's description. If you have questions- message me- I respond VERY quickly. I even send non-personalized samples if time allows. I strive to extend STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This means quick response, kind and thorough responses, edits in a timely manner and quick turnarounds. Any threats of poor reviews for refunds will be reported to Etsy.

Cards measure 4.75” x 6.75" and features a unique typographic style with a die cut oval edge.

Colors shown are black on ivory but any color ink is available as well as white stock. If you have a specific color you'd like to use, send me a color code or CMYK, RGB, or Hex color equivalent. Keep in mind there can and will be color shifts from what you see on the web vs in print.

Since the bottom is rounded and number is taller vs wider — lighweight, low profile, slit style holders are not ideal. These work perfectly with pinch style clips or easel style holders.
