The product is great, however, one of my bags came open while shipping and went all over the package. I asked for replacement and they promptly agreed.

I love the nuts I bought. They are very tasty. However, the time it took to get them was ridiculous. I ordered them on July 15 and USPS had possession of them on the 15th. However, they stayed at that post office in Norfolk, VA until July 21. They finally moved to Richmond, VA on July 22. On July 23, they finally arrived in Indianapolis, IN. They finally reached Detroit, MI and was delivered on July 27. When I received it the box was smashed in on one side. Luckily, nothing was destroyed on the inside. AND THIS WAS SENT PRIORITY MAIL. I don't know if I ever want to order anything that's going to come from VA any more. This happened once before when I ordered something from VA.

Mama B’s is a MUST have! Everything they make is absolutely delicious! My favorite are the Snickerdoodle Pecans and my husband loves the Praline Crunch! Both are phenomenal! I can’t recommend Mama B’s enough!
