SIZE & TERMS
• Bust-up illustration.
• All the illustrations will be sent in JPG and RGB (for web and mobile) via email.
• The file will be in high quality (300dpi) and Din A3 size.
• Plain color background.
• Turnaround time is roughly 2-3 weeks. If you need your order sooner than that please tell me!

HOW TO ORDER?
1) Please, purchase this listing and select from the dropdown menu to specify how many persons and whether you’d like to add pets to your order.

2) Once you have placed your order, please send high-quality reference photos (the more the merrier!) to cocolilithart [!at] gmail.com. Add a description with the details as clothing, hairstyle, background colors... otherwise I will draw an outfit and hairstyle from the photos provided.

3) I’ll keep in touch with you throughout the process! You will receive the first sketch and then a preview of your illustration in 1-5 business days, so you can make any adjustments to the illustration before the portrait is finished.

Keep in mind that the turnaround time for each revision you request is an additional 1-3 business days. Thank you :)

4) Once you approve the final touches, I will send you the illustration file (JPG).


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain original copyright and ownership of the Work, which includes but may not be limited to advertising, displaying the Work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion. I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.

You can use the commissioned work for personal use, streaming, and content creation, but you cannot use it to make money by producing merchandise or other commercial purposes without my permission.
