Everything is shipped in sturdy packaging protecting the prints.
Small prints (4x6", 5x7", 8x10", A5 and A4) will be sent flat.
Large prints will be sent in a sturdy poster tube.

All prints sizes up to A3 are printed on Premium smooth matte paper (non textured), 250 gms thick and long-lasting, in my own studio. All larger prints will be printed by a professional printing company, using the same high quality paper, 220 gms thick and long lasting premium smooth matte paper.

All prints are sent with tracking. You can find tracking information on your order confirmation email, Etsy app or in your Etsy purchase history.

*Custom and personalized orders*
Most items can be personalized. Please message me before purchase if you would like an item to be personalized (a fee may apply for making the requested changes). Custom orders and personalized prints cannot be refunded or returned unless they are defective, faults, marks, etc. Please double check spelling for personalized orders before placing the order as replacements or refunds will not be given if the personalization was entered incorrectly.

*Lost or Damaged item*
For lost items a replacement will be sent once it is declared lost by the delivery company.
For damaged items please contact me with photos that clearly show the damage. Photos of the packaging are also required showing any damage that could have occurred in transit so a claim can be opened with the delivery company. A replacement will then be sent.

*Colors*
