◆ JEWELRY CARE for TITANIUM ◆

Titanium is celebrated for its incredible strength, durability, and resistance to tarnishing—making it an ideal choice for everyday wear. To keep your Jewels by Layali titanium pieces looking radiant, follow these simple care tips:

Clean gently with warm water and mild soap, using a soft cloth or brush to remove any buildup.

Keep away from harsh chemicals, cleaning agents, or abrasive materials that could damage the surface.

After wearing, wipe your jewelry with a clean, dry cloth to remove oils, sweat, or residue.

Store separately in a soft pouch or lined box to avoid scratches from contact with other pieces.

For PVD Color Plated Titanium, protect your jewelry from extended sunlight or strong cleaners to help preserve its vibrant color.

By following these easy steps, your titanium jewelry will maintain its shine and beauty for years to come.

◆ PACKAGING & SHIPPING ◆

• All Jewels by Layali orders are beautifully packaged and ready for gift-giving! Each item is carefully placed in a floating frame, covered by a Jewels by Layali sleeve, and securely placed inside a padded envelope to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

◆ SHIPPING INFORMATION ◆

• USA:
Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS First Class Ground Mail with tracking. This ensures your order arrives safely and on time. Most deliveries take about 2–5 business days, but we can not account for any delays experienced by weather or USPS difficulties. We also offer USPS Priority Mail with Tracking for an upgraded cost. Most of those deliveries take about 2-3 days.

• INTERNATIONAL:
For orders outside the USA, we use USPS First Class International Package Services. Delivery times usually range from 2–4 weeks, depending on your destination.

Jewels by Layali is not responsible for any lost mail items that are not shipped with expedited, tracked, or insured options.
To ensure your order arrives safely, we strongly recommend choosing a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.

◆ ADDITIONAL VAT & CUSTOMS FEES ◆

Please note that any additional VAT, customs duties, or import fees are not included in the purchase price.
These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We recommend checking your country’s customs policies for more details, as Jewels by Layali is not responsible for additional import or customs fees.

You can’t see how detailed it is in the pic but I was really pleased with how it looks up close. I’ve been wearing it for a couple of weeks now and no green skin in sight, which is always a relief!
