It was a little tough for my 6th graders. In our standards, this is their first time working with all 4 quadrants. So, it was a little tricky and time consuming BUT once the kids got through it the pictures were pretty cool!

if you want your students engaged and perfecting graphing coordinates in all four quadrants then this is where to get it! the picture are complex, so remind students to keep on going until they finish. There will be minor missteps along the way but the finish product will make it all worth it! My favorite was Fred Flintstone! I loved that cartoon!Great memories! :P

I loved these! I used them as an end of year project in my 6th grade math class. They were tricky at first, especially the coordinates that were not whole numbers. Some of my students had trouble understanding how to connect the shapes, but once they got it, they loved it! I wish I'd discovered them sooner to use in our graphing unit, and given the students a little more guidance. Once they got it, the pictures were awesome! I even had one student ask to take some home over summer break!
