Custom pieces typically require 2–4 weeks to complete, depending on size and complexity. We will confirm the production time with you before starting any work.

Will I need to pay customs or import fees when my order arrives?

Depending on your location and local import laws, customs fees or VAT may apply. 🇺🇸 USA: Orders may be subject to approx. 36–37% in import taxes and duties. 🇪🇺 European Union: VAT (usually 19–25%) and customs duties may apply based on the item’s value and classification. What type of wood do you use?

🌿 We use sustainably sourced Thai hardwoods—mainly reclaimed teak and mango wood—chosen for their strength, beauty, and natural resistance to pests. Each piece is crafted from solid wood throughout, honoring both craftsmanship and the environment. Teak is prized for its strength, durability, and natural resistance to insects. It contains natural oils and a scent that naturally repels termites, so no chemical treatments are needed. Our teak is sustainably sourced from old Thai structures, giving each piece a rich history and unique character. This is the same wood traditionally used in temples and heritage homes across Thailand.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide using trusted couriers like FedEx, DHL, and UPS, with tracking provided. Estimated shipping times after dispatch: Asia: 4-7 business days USA, Europe, Australia: 10-20 business days

Can I include a personal note?

Yes. We offer personalized message cards at no additional charge. Just let us know at checkout.

Can I cancel or return an order?

Because each item is made specifically for you, cancellations are only possible within the first 24 hours after the order has been placed, and refunds are not possible. We recommend thoroughly reviewing your design and measurements before final confirmation. Your satisfaction is very important to us. 🤍

What happens if my package is returned to sender/unclaimed?

Because our artisan pieces are shipped internationally from Thailand, please monitor your tracking closely. If a package is returned to us as 'Unclaimed' or 'Undeliverable,' we will hold the item for you. We will gladly ship it out a second time once a reshipping fee is purchased to cover the new postage costs.
