Sizing can be tricky with items from different manufactures and time periods. Modern and vintage measurements and sizing can vary. Preowned clothing may have been altered by prior owners. Although size tags read one thing, please check descriptions for more specific details in regard to fit/sizing. Pit to pit measurements are from pit seam to seam. Shoulder to Hem is measured from the shoulder seam beside the collar straight down to the hem line. Nape to Cuff is measured from the center of the neck line at the collar and straight to the end of the sleeve cuff. Hips are measured laterally from the bottom of the zipper Items are not just "laid flat" but pulled taught, to get the most accurate measurement.
