Can I refund personalised items?

Unfortunately we can not accept refunds on personalised products as they are made specifically for you the buyer, This includes items where you select the clothing colour and or font colour. If however your item is faulty then we of course can exchange it or refund.

Can you take on custom orders?

Size charts for both dog and humans can be found alongside each items photos.

What’s your turnaround time?

Our turn around time for all personalised products is 1-2weeks. This is because everything is made to order with your personalisation requirements, although we always aim to post as quickly as possible!

HOLOGRAPHIC FINISH
Holographic patterns are selected based on material availability. Specific holographic patterns cannot be requested. The print is then adhered to a Pokemon trading card. The holographic finish does tone down the colours in the card slightly.

CASES
The plastic graded slab case they come in are made to open and can open easily. They are designed to be kept on display and not a toy.
