Being the Type B person I am, I waited until the VERY last minute to find the custom hat my father-in-law wanted. I found Samuel’s shop, and the cover photo sold me immediately. Realizing I needed it in just 3 days, I messaged him expecting I’d missed my chance. He explained he’d already accepted all the last-minute Father’s Day orders and apologized. I told him it was my fault for waiting and that I’d still order from him. Instead of leaving it at that, he asked for my design details and address, created a custom listing just for me, and somehow got my order to me a day early! The hat was perfect, and my father-in-law LOVES it! Lalaland Embroidery has a forever customer in Gulfport, MS!
