How long until my order has shipped?

Processing time is 2-3 business days. Processing time for custom orders is 3 business days. If you requested design preview for your order it can not be shipped out till you approve the design. Please check your Etsy messages.

I entered the wrong shipping address when checking out, can you change it?

Unfortunately I can not guarantee address change. If you accidentally entered wrong shipping address during check out, please contact me immediately and provide your correct address. Please not that if you order already has shipped I ll not be able to update your shipping address.

My package has shipped but I entered wrong address, what can I do?

Unfortunately, once shipping label has been purchased and an item is shipped; shipping address can not be changed or updated. In this case please contact USPS or go to their website to request package intercept if possible. Link: https://retail-pi.usps.com/retailpi/actions/index.action

I except cancellations within 12 hours after order is placed. I do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or customized items. If you requested design modification I can not exchange or to take return. I do except exchanges due to sizing. Buyer is responsible to pay return shipping cost.
