What is your processing time?

All items are made to order. Our current processing time is 1-2 business days (excluding shipping time). During busy periods (holidays, large orders), this may be slightly extended — but we always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location: USA: 5-7 business days (2 business days for Express) International: 7-14 business days Please note: shipping delays can occur due to carriers and are outside our control.

Can I see a proof before production?

For most items, we do automatically send proofs. There are automatically approved after 24 hours without response.

How do I send a picture or logo?

You can upload your image directly through Etsy messages after placing your order. For best results, please send: High-resolution images (PNG, JPG, SVG, or PDF) Clear, high-contrast designs (especially for engraving) If you're unsure whether your file will work, feel free to message me before ordering — I’m happy to check and guide you.

I ordered a guest sign in book for my dad's funeral. I wanted a book made of wood because my dad was a carpenter and union member for over 70+ years. I wanted to pay homage to his livelihood. Nils is the most amazing craftman. His product was even nicer in person than I could have imagined! He allows for customization that really personalized the sign in book for dad. The most amazing part - the packaging which included beautiful tissue wrapping. And the note...OMG, the best. Nils communication was 100/100. Please use this artist for all your custom needs!
