All rings are handmade and sized prior to shipping using standard jewelry sizing tools.
Because each piece is individually crafted, resizing requires the ring to be remade or adjusted by hand. For this reason, resizing is offered as a service rather than a defect correction.
Resize process:
• The original ring is mailed back to the shop
• The ring is adjusted or remade to the requested size
• The resized piece is shipped back once completed
Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for return and outgoing shipping associated with resizing
