From the Creator: "Having seen the immense popularity of smaller Christmas star designs, I realized crafters often faced limitations with plywood sheet sizes on their laser machines. This sparked an idea: to create an even grander, more impressive Christmas star – a true statement piece – but ingeniously designed so all its elements can still be cut on standard A4 plywood sheets! This means you can create a truly magnificent decoration without needing a massive laser bed. I'm thrilled with the result, and I believe you will be too!"

Product Details: Illuminate your holiday season with this stunning Large 3D Christmas Star laser cut file! This multi-layered, three-dimensional Bethlehem Star design is perfect for creating a spectacular centerpiece for your home, window, or Christmas tree. Despite its impressive size, the clever design ensures all components fit onto A4 plywood sheets for cutting, making it accessible for most laser machines. (The entire project can be cut using 8 sheets of A4 material.)

Assembled Size: A grand 600 mm (approx. 23.6 inches) in width and a maximum thickness of 80 mm (approx. 3.1 inches).

Material: Optimized for 3 mm and 4 mm thick plywood.

Design: Features intricate patterns of stars, crescent moons, and an angel carrying a candle, creating a beautiful and symbolic display.

Cutting Legend for Files:

Black lines: For solid cutting (сквозная резка).

Red lines: For engraving (рисунок гравировки).

Blue lines or fills: For engraving areas/patterns (гравировка рисунков/заливка).

Assembly: Designed for straightforward assembly. Wood glue is recommended for extra strength. The included instructions contain a QR code that you can scan to watch a video of the assembly process.

Enhancement: The finished star can be beautifully illuminated with LED lighting (wire or strip lights not included) for a magical glow.

This is a beautiful design, and it cuts and fits together perfectly. It comes with instructions on how to assemble and make iit easy to put together. I think his designs are incredible, and I will purchase from him again.

While I couldn't do that at the time, it sparked a better idea: creating an even bigger, impressive star where every part fits perfectly on standard A4 sheets! That is how this template was born—allowing makers to build a massive decoration even with a smaller laser bed. So glad you enjoyed it!
