You will receive an email from Etsy with you download(s). However, I recommend the following steps:
1. After purchase, please allow a few minutes to pass so payment can clear.
2. Go to Etsy.com via a web browser. Files can not be downloaded from the app.
3. Login to your account at the top right of the page.
4. Open your purchase and click on the purchase from my shop.
5. Scroll all the way down to the "download files" button.
6. Your files will be downloaded to your "downloads" folder on your computer.
