1️⃣ Save the file to your computer before opening it (do not open it directly from your email or downloads folder).

2️⃣ Go to your Software → Settings → Embroidery Settings
Disable the options that say:
👉 “Recognize machine file”
👉 “Automatically convert”
This prevents the program from changing the stitch density or order.

3️⃣ Open the file with the “Keep original stitches” option.
If it asks you how to open it, choose this option to preserve the design as it was created.

4️⃣ Do not edit the original design.
If you need to adjust something, save a copy with a different name.

5️⃣ Do a small test stitch.
This way, you confirm that the reliefs and 3D effects are perfect before using them in your final project
